Throughout my practice I have always emphasised the importance of addressing our health on a daily basis and the benefits achieved by doing this. I tailor these methods to each individual’s needs and abilities in order for them to feel better as quickly as possible.

Chinese medicine offers the possibility of addressing health issues from many angles. Firstly by identifying the cause/causes, then using nutrition, Qi Gong exercise and other Chinese medicine methods to support the persons ability to create more energy and sleep better in order to give them the best possible opportunity to replenish their energy.
Chinese medicine identifies the imbalances, stresses and energy deficiency that can cause a myriad of problems connected with a womans hormonal stages in life. Painful periods at puberty to hot flushes post-menopause may be helped with diet, herbs, exercise and acupuncture.
Many people find themselves at some point over-stretched, overwhelmed, under pressure and not meeting the demands that life throws at them, or even the demands they make on themselves. When this continues for a period of time the body and mind can become unsettled and tired leaving the person tired, anxious, having difficulty sleeping or even switching off, and even a host of digestive or hormonal problems.
